Cristel Gomez
Cristel partners with businesses to transform technology organizations using a human-centered approach to deliver “fit-for-purpose” solutions. Previously, she delivered immersive experiences with the Deloitte Greenhouse to help organizations solve their most complex challenges through immersive experiences that leverage design thinking, creative problem-solving, and behavior psychology techniques.
Prior to the Deloitte Greenhouse, Cristel led cybersecurity projects focused on cybersecurity strategy and cyber behavior modification. She is an advocate and champion of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts at Deloitte, leading numerous ERGs and recruiting efforts. Most recently, she leads Deloitte’s Inclusion Council of New York which builds programming to reinforce behaviors to strengthen an inclusive culture of allyship and anti-oppression.
