Elizabeth Liu
Liz heads the Careers & Skills pillar for JPMorgan Chase's Advancing Black Pathways initiative, which aims to bridge the wealth gap for Black communities by focusing on education, careers, wealth and entrepreneurship.
Liz develops and connects new opportunities for JPMC to support Black students and professionals' access to education, career development and growth, and financial education.
She applies her personal passion to create social impact alongside her experience leading human capital programs for corporations.
Liz has been with JPMorgan Chase for over six years, formerly leading the people strategy as an HR Business Advisor in the Consumer Bank and Wealth Management businesses.
Prior to her career in HR, Liz worked in the non-profit sector supporting global human rights initiatives and leading community-based conflict resolution programs.
